Royalite® and RoyalAero® Fire-Rated Interiors
Our Royalite® fire-rated sheet and RoyalAero® aerospace-rated thermoplastic sheet are specifically designed for aircraft interiors. These materials are recyclable, lightweight, and engineered to meet FAR 25.853 requirements.

Royalite® Fire-Rated Sheet
Royalite®'s high tensile strength and stiffness offer superior impact resistance, and it's formulated to resist staining, fading, cracking, and crazing caused by harsh cleansers. It meets heat deflection temperature requirements and exhibits excellent formability, resulting in uniform wall thicknesses. Royalite® products are available in thicknesses ranging from 0.028" to 0.375" with a variety of popular surface textures, colors, and designs.
RoyalAero® Aerospace-Rated Thermoplastic Sheet
From seats, trays, bulkheads and window shades to lavatory parts, galley carts and flooring, there are a lot of essential parts that go into the interior of an aircraft. Spartech meets all these design challenges with RoyalAero™ aerospace-rated thermoplastic sheet.
RoyalAero™ thermoplastic sheet provides a fire-rated, rigid acrylic/PVC solution that combines very high impact strength, tensile strength, stiffness and hardness with excellent formability. RoyalAero™ has unique characteristics such as outstanding chemical resistance and deep-draw formability.
